Our goal is to help you enjoy long-term wellness with the reliable, proven techniques of Chinese medicine. We integrate acupuncture (and electro-acupuncture), herbal therapies, cupping, Gua Sha, lifestyle, dietary suggestions, and functional medicine testing. We are:
Genuine - we only recommend and provide the treatments needed; what we would want for ourselves and families.
Present - we gauge our success not only in the outcome of our treatments, but also in the quality of our relationships with our patients.
Integrated - we recognize we are part of a larger whole, both in your life and in the larger community. We accept you where you are.
We have extensive experience with fertility acupuncture for men and women, addressing immunity, fertility, the menstrual cycle, neuroendocrine disorders, pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and menopause. In addition to reproductive health, we also have great success helping our clients with chronic and acute injuries, pain, digestion, inflammation, stress, sleep, and complementary cancer support. If you are curious how acupuncture can help you, please call us or schedule an appointment online.
Loren Romley is a California Licensed Acupuncturist as well as a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) since April 2006. Loren earned her Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine from Five Branches Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Santa Cruz, California. She completed the Five Element acupuncture program and focused her studies on hepatitis C, pediatrics, women's health and sports injury. Loren combines traditional Chinese and Japanese techniques with the theories of Five Element acupuncture to gain insight into her patients’ constitutions and the imbalances that are at the root of their discomfort and disease. As a Chinese Medical Practitioner and Primary Care Provider, Loren takes the time to analyze each patient carefully and understand their unique circumstances. She relates to a patient as a whole person with dynamic systems. Our world is full of stress, pollution, trauma, accidents, and habits constantly bombarding our systems. These challenges faced on a daily basis cause imbalances in our bodies which may manifest themselves as pain and/or illness. Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been used for thousands of years to help bring our bodies and minds closer to harmony. Loren's other passions include, family time with her partner and two boys as well as keeping physically active. She enjoys surfing, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, weight training and river rafting. She belongs to the following professional organizations:
